Yoga Therapy combines elements of yoga and mindfulness with contemporary psychology for a client-centered approach that explores connections between the mental/emotional body and the physical body.

Explore how sensations and emotions are often be held in the body as muscular tension.  Awareness techniques and a supportive dialogue process may lead to the release of that tension and promote greater mental/emotional clarity around significant life issues. 


Some choose Yoga Therapy to support therapy they are also receiving from a mental health professional, while others choose this as a primary modality for accessing emotions, releasing tension, and exploring the mind-body relationship.

No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
